Q: What kind of deposit do you require?
A: Deposit requirements are based on customer history and the total amount of the purchase. New customers are required to pay 100% up front for their first purchase.
Q: What are your requirements for submitted artwork?

Q: If I bring my logo on a disk/CD, what format works best?
A: Depending on your needs and the design of the sign, many formats are viable. We will discuss this on a case by case basis. We can use eps, jpeg, ai, tiff, bmp, etc.
Q: Can you make a sign, banner, or display using a digital photograph file?
A: Yes. We require photograph files to be minimum 300 dpi at 50% of the finished size.
Q: If I have special color matching requirements, or need to have my letterhead and business cards matched can Outdoor Dimensions meet my needs?
A: In most cases, yes, we can color match as closely as possible to your existing collateral. Recreating your logo would require an evaluation on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Do I need a permit for my sign, banner or display?
A: You may or may not. Our Permitting Specialist will research requirements. We can pull permits for you if you so choose. A quote for permitting labor/travel will be provided at your request.
Q: Can my sign, banner, or display be delivered?
A: Yes, we provide delivery, shipping or installation services.
Q: Does Outdoor Dimensions create trade show graphics?
A: Yes, customized graphics can be designed and/or fabricated using your own art files.
Q: What is the largest sign, banner or printed wind screen I could order from an Outdoor Dimensions?
A: No size is too large!
